but if you were prediabetic few months back you need to make few lifestyle changes
quit smoking
30 mins brisk exercise 4 times a week
avoid unhealthy foods
less oily and salty foods
check your cholesterol levels
keep an eye on your BP
maintain your weight in your desired BMI
Repeat hbA1C and RBS after 6 months
