Given her inj vit d3 1amp in milk after every 5 days .pluse give her ors solution for 3 days .and ibret folic tablet for 1 month .
By looking at the reports her vitamin D is really low, she should take 042-32591427, IU, osnate D and please do a cbc, iron deficiency can also be the result

A complete history and examination is mandatory in medical practice. So please see a physician. Serum albumin as rightly pointed out is also required along with complete blood picture. Low vitamin D levels has to be addressed accordingly
