Talk to General Physician on Left Arm Pain

I am feeling upper left arm and shoulder pain from last week. sometime its present sometime not. no chest pain. last night it was severe i could hardly lay down. i checked bp it was low 60/100... then the pain suddenly disappeared at night...today morning i felt it again in shoulder. it is mostly in 3 places, uper left arm or on shoulder, or back shoulder blade. i have done 3 ecgs in the past 4 months all normal, no cholestrol, no bp, no family history of heart issues, no diabetics. but i still always afraid of heart issues. kindly guide me...thanx
aoa.this pain can be due to muscular spasm.you need to evaluate through physiotherapist.Also tell that is there any movement or activity which aggrevate pain?

yes dear doctor, i drive pridor bike thats heavy enough for me, when i drive more the pain is more. further, the pain is felt around the shoulder bones. but surprisingly, its doesnt start with any hard work, it just starts anytime! sometime muscle twitches under color bone.
