I'm 22 years old, facing left knee joint pain for the last two years.Actually, I used to lift heavy loads,after that pain started.Now, whenever I set on Qaida position or any other position for a long time & then stand up, I feel pain on my left knee joint.Can't set in Qaida position while offering prayers..
