I have been a covid 19 patient from past 14 days i had no symptoms like fever cough or sore throat did my xray chest and it was clear so then i done my cbc and lft test so can you check these kindly

Have u done it before? I mean screen for hapatitis how did u confirm that? For safety as ur lft is deranged that's why I asked you for ur better health safety thanks

If you have already done Hepatitis then its okey
yes Alcohol can cause it
If you are over weight then its is due to
Fatty liver
Further you should cut down Alcohol
in long term it's not beneficial
I can guide you about Wight
reduction and Fatty liver disease
it's as dangerous as Hepatitis in western countries Fatty liver cause same damage like hepatitis
