Assalamu alaikum doctor two months ago tonsils infection three injections lincomycin and ingmantine azitma pill used after dirrhha Sometime the belly also makes noises problem started pain in lower abdomen and lower back pain and feeling of stool all the time doctor said intestinal got infection ten days used many pills but the problem started again now tell me what is the problem pls be ibs so it didn't happen

avoid excessive use of salads spicy fried items
keep yourself mentally relax
and take the following medication for 2 weeks
tab colofac 135mg(1+1+1) before meals

you should consult a gastroenterology as soon as possible
if before tonsillitis u don't have diarrhoea, bloating, Nausea or vomiting. eans not known pt of irritable bowel syndrome then most likely its antibiotics induce gastritis that can cured with stop all medicine take plenty of fluids eat fruits and vegetables avoid oily and spicy foods akery items take rest

Ibs doesnot happen due to antibiotics there might be some food to which your are allergic that is causing indigestion and bloating and diarrhea please dont take antibiotics over and again without confirmed infection through culture

Ibs is not related to any antibiotics it depend on your mental status like unknown anxiety food intake like rich spices like oily food late night good don’t worry about it I think you need proper check up please visit your family physician
