Little Sore Throat, And Dry Cough

Question

I feel a sore throat for 1-3 days with fatigue and low temperature, then after that I suffered dry cough which last for more than two weeks, I took a lot of medicines but it doesn\'t cured. after that someone suggested me myteka tablets,I took myteka, then it went.
I suffered again through it after 2 weeks,two times.
can someone tell me the reason.
