dear doctors my age is 51 and sugar patient I am using medicine are diampa 10 mg vita6 leerace xr 500mg 1+0+1 . s gliptin 50/500 after every meal and warfin 5mg in evening. I have fever upto 99 and no cough using calcium 1000 daily for ammune can i use multivitamin like surbex z or can any one suggest me the whole prescription for me I am little bit confused .thanks
Add Vitamin C 500 mg two times per day and Vitamin D 1000IU one tablet per day.use these two medicines for ur immunity.Regarding medicines for controlling sugar we need to know about ur sugar control by some tests.Do Fasting Lipid profile,HBA1C,Fasting and random blood sugar And urine analysis and let me know the results of these tests.if u have done these tests more than 3months ago then do these tests otherwise let me know your last test results thanks
get your covid 19 PCR test asap.and isolate urself.for the time being start taking azomax 500 mg once daily ,cap sunny D once weekly and syp zincat 2tsf twice daily

Take tablet zinc 50mg daily also and if u have difficulty in breathing with fever and throat pain better do covid-19 test also ok.for covid -19 prevention take Zinc 50mg daily,Vitamin C 500mg twice daily and Vitamin D 1000IU daily ok
we have find out the fever cause
99 is normal
check fever regularly
if it's spike, then will do CBC, urine R/E
why you using warfarin??
