Im having bsck pain night body burning specially in legs causing difficulty sleeping that leads to pain at night my body feels weak. It started with headache n fever in uni 2 weeks back and m still not getting energy after a good diet too. 3 weeks back i got UTI. Ive anxiety too so idk if this is from anxiety or sth to worry about ive taken sunny D 20000 capsule last wednesday n took 3 CaC tablets for past 3 days. please repeat your urinalysis so that we know its not because of a uti recurrence. once we rule that out, and if you have no problem passing urine or stool, you can have physiotherapy for lower back pain.dont worry about backpain, it's fairly common
Is there any radiation of low back pain to lower limbs? is there numbness associated with it or not? But first you should repeat your Urine R/E as well to rule out UTI.
Yes surely it would have gone with Cipro,but it depends on the PH , whether it's acidic or alkaline in Urine R/E to prescribe the tablets accordingly.There is always a chance of recurrence as well.If you still have Low Back Pain,then do repeat Urine R/E.Management is required.
