Talk to General Physician on Low Blood Pressure
Asking For Self, Female 19, Sindh, Pakistan
whenever I check my BP it is around 95/74 sometimes 84/72 and heart beat is mostly above 100 sometimes 105 and sometimes 120 can you kindly tell me that is this a low BP? and what about heartbreak is it normal or not and tell me which problems I can have ? what should I do to treat that ?

its most probably anemia(low Hb)
so first of all CBC test krwa k Hb dekhain.

low BP reading is alot more concerning related to heart ,your fast heart rate could b due to anemia its tachycardia.
so Better to get your ECG and Echo done and cardiac exam
when you rule out cardiac disease then start
iron therapy and calcium plus vit d
