Lower Back Pain

Question

M having lower back pain on right side from.last 3 days. Pain is not there whole day. Pain happen when i sleep at night on bed and as soon  as i wake up pain is there and aftr sometime like when breakfast done like aftr 1 hour pain goes away. But today pain is more..i was feeling pain at early morning during sleep and today after 1 hour of getting up pain is there but mild
 Plz help can go to hospital. It is serious issue?
