Below is my MRI. I am suffering from lower back pain for almost 1 year. I consult with different doctors in this time but the result is zero. I take medicines like methocobalmin, vitamin D and muscular, arthritis and nerve pain killers. But still now facing these problems I can't walk and can't stand up for more then 10 minutes. Kindly guide me to whom I should consult. Is this a case of neuro surgeon or ortho padiec.?
Your neural tissue is being compressed due to disc bulge. You might need surgery for this. Please consult a neurosurgeon.
AOA! Did you have any history of trauma at the back. Degenerative changes at this young age is surprising. Are you overweight? For this problem you will be needing multidisciplinary team of orthopedic surgeon , physiotherapist and a neurosurgeon opinion. Thanks

Not necessarily they would decide for the surgery right away.First they should be treating you with physiotherapy and medicines and if the response is not good then they could plan for the surgical procedure. Please consult the recommended speciality physicians . Thanks

PRP is a new procedure to help the nerve compression pains. It must be effective and safer procedure than undergoing surgery . Do go for it . Thanks

you will need to book consult to see what medicinesand other conservative measures you have already tried.
msging is not an alternative to a consultation.

you shouldnt go for surgery right away its a disc prolapse or you can say a disc bulge. Always start treating with more conservative way it includes lifestyle modification and medications as well and mostly people get well without surgery. surgery is always the last resort. Sitting posture , obesity and occupation can also cause this problem so it needs a detailed history and consultation so please contact me for further management you will definitely get better thankyou
ASSALAM O ALAIKUM WA REHMATULHI WA BRAKATUHU !
I WIL SUGGEST YOU PHYSIOTHERAPY ALONG WITH HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICATION IN SHA ALLAH YOU WILL GAIN POSITIVE RESULTS.
ALWAYS BE CAREFUL ABOUT YOUR POSTURE WHILE SITTING AND LYING. NEVER REMAIN IN THE PAINFUL POSITION FOR A LONG TIME.
90 ANGLE POSITION SHOULD BE MAINTAIN WHILE SITTING.
SAME WHILE INCREASE YOUR RUKOO AND SANOOD TASBEEH.. FROM 5. TO 7 TIMES.
ALWAYS BE CAREFUL ABOUT YOUR POSTURE POSITION.
