mjhy 8 saal sy lower back pain problem hai centre point py mene bht treatment krli hai physiotherapy bhi 1 month plus krli aur vitamin d3 ka course bhi krliya usky baad bhi dard rehta hai zyada khara nhi hopata hu na zyada chul pata hu sirf back py hi pai. hota hai kahin aur nhi hota MRI bhi clear hai
