Asking For Self, Male 32, Karachi
Two years ago I felt pain in right thigh and lower back which increased so much that disturbed my daily routine. The intensity of the pain in morning can be assessed by rating 3/10 and at night the intensity climbs up to 9/10. I am an accountant by profession and therefore my daily routine involves sitting for hours. During these stages I consulted with neurologists and orthopaedic surgeon and have been done with 2 MRIs with the time span of 1 year.
Following actions were taken
1) have been gone through physiotherapy session of 10 15 days as recommended by doctors as muscle spasm was identified initially but the pain just reduced for a temporary period till the physio therapy sessions.
2) took NSAIDs pain killers (acecnac, diclofenac, pregablin several times continously with minor improvement in pain, several other caps and tablets taken by doctors as attached.
3) used heating pad 2 3 times a day. Even using heating pad currently atleast one time per day.
4) using lumbosacral belt

Physiotherapy was only done to eradicate pain and other symptoms but not to treat thr underlying cause. you might need to change your lifestyle. I can teach you how to make those little changes in your routine and Insha'Allah that will work.
