Malaria Like Symptoms But Unsure

Question

Me and my wife visited Islamabad recently for some work and stayed at relatives and there were lots of mosquitoes there.
Came back on 17th June last Friday but started getting these symptoms on 19th June including fever, chills, headache, muscle ache, tiredness, nausea, cough etc.
We\'ve been having these for a week now. Let me know if I should book consultation if it\'s serious.
