so for long time i had problems like anxiety attacks and panic one , also had treatmant for these episodes. recently I'm facing baa series of episodes with high activity and feeling supreme and know one is understanding what im capable of like they are just ignoring me also feeling pernoid for long period of time i had never lost my temper but recently feeling irritated by every one so spending my time locked in room or out alone im just losing my temper so quickly like ek sec pehla hns ka bat kr rhaa tha achank sa mood change dimag kharab m i dealing with bipolar!?
