Well come,
Still his immune is in reconstruction phase it will take 2 week more as he use antibiotics it means he also got secondery bacterial infection.on you till me his procalcitonin and serum ferritin level when he was covid 19 positive?
As covid is new emerging diseases no clear data available, one study I have read when patient got secondery infection fever. fatigue and maligia will persistent till 4 weeks.
Now if urea creatinine is normal then he can use pain killer with planty of water.
