it depends k apko kis Syphilis kis stage p hae like primary, latent, secondary etc.
but Alternative is Tab Doxycycline 100mg*BD for 28 days for latent syphilis.
VDRL remain positive for 6-9 months after treatment... tau ap 6 months bd repeat kr skty hain VDRL.
