Talk to General Physician on Morning Stiffness
Asking For Self, Female 24, karachi
I get morning stiffness in neck and back. sometimes it's neck sometimes back. it happens in morning and stays for a couple of hours. it happens in flare ups so in flare up it happen daily and then get better so those days it's completely fine. please suggest what to do about it?
Get physiotherapy, try to adjust neck posture, good pillow, try ponston for few days. Review if no better in 1 week

went to rheumatologist. he did blood tests like ra factor, crp and anti ccp they are all in normal range

don't have x Ray. Dr said some blood tests like ra factor crp and anti ccp, they are all in range. it doesn't happen daily, and gets fine after couple of hours, so still x Ray needed?
