Talk to General Physician on Multiple Disease

My grandfather have multiple disease like diabetes,hypertension,excessive weakness and a tumor in the gall bladder,his hands are always shivering. He was very fit and healthy when he is 77 of years of age but when due to tumor in bladder and excessive bleeding in urine due to delayed treatment he is very weak now even he can't walk he got 2 surgeries of tumor now he is ok with passing urine without blood but excessive weakness along with other multiple disease confusing us anyone pls guide which doctor I have to approach as I am totally confused.
