Talk to General Physician on Muscle Spasm

I have been having muscle spasm under my shoulder region on the left side, sometimes i feel them on the right arm too, in my left foot and both calves too, like they are dispersed all over the body. I have been to a neurologist, he recommended neck MRI which came out to be normal. I have been taking sea-cal once and neuromet twice a day as recommended by the neurologist for more than a week now but the condition is not getting better. Whom should i consult now ?
