I already take tab moved 4 mg ,but not take daily,take when I feel pain

looks like muscle spasm due to wrong neck posture while sitting or sleeping.

Neck tilt: Tilt your right ear towards your right shoulder and hold for 15-30 seconds. Repeat on the left side.
Neck rotation: Slowly turn your head to the right and hold for 15-30 seconds. Repeat on the left side.
Shoulder roll: Roll your shoulders forward and backwards in a circular motion.
Be sure to breathe deeply and slowly during these stretches and never push through pain. If your pain persists, see a doctor or physical therapist for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
