Salam...i have mascular pain issue nd someone suggested me OSTEGEM tablets for this issue...my weight was 60kg but after taking these tablets for 10 days weight is 64kg. I just wanted to ask are there any suppliments which have no affect on weight??? Nd secondly m drinking cumin water with empty stomach...so cumin water is beneficial for weight lose or not ??

Muscular pain can be due to many reasons, so I would like to ask you if you have done some investigations to rule out the basic causes of muscular pain eg serum calcium and vit d levels. You can replace Osteogem by tablet Osnate D ….1 tablet once daily. Cumin water can help in weight loss but you can take other measures as well to reduce weight because it doesn’t reduce weight significantly.
