میرے ابو کا پراسٹیٹ کا آپریشن ہوا ہے اور پھر پراسٹیٹ میں ٹی بی نکلی اب اس کا علاج ہو رہا ہے پہلے ان کو چلنے سے سانس نہیں پھولتا تھا لیکن جب سے ٹی بی کی دوا کھانا شروع کی ان کا سانس صرف چلنے سے پھولتا ہے کوئی ڈاکٹر صاحب وجہ بتا دیں. دل کی ایکو بھی ٹھیک ہے اور پھپرو کی ٹی بی کا ٹیسٹ بھی ٹھیک ہے.

Get cxr PA view after 3 months of start of ant tuberculosis medicine.
Get Cbc to check iron level.
Firstly need to evaluate the grading of breathlessness. Then evaluation of cardiopulmonary status.
How long he was operated upon. How was post operative recovery. Since when is he mobilize. Any other illness.
This could be temporary, if not due to lung tuberculosis.
Talk to surgeon who has operated or visit your family doctor.
