take steam four times a day . for tremor in your hands you have to book an appointment. proper evaluation is required to reach a diagnosis.

Warm saline gargles. Avoid triggers like dust, cold air, smoke, strong scents etc. Take any antihistamine at night for 5-7 days e.g. Tab Fexet D. Take soup and yakhni abundantly. This is allergic rhinitis.
