Walaykum assalaam all is good Alhamdolilah well ur a sensitive guy u need to relax do regular exercise take a balanced healthy diet if it’s too much u need to go see a Counsellor take vitamin E 400 once a day use pure olive oil soap for scalp and take hair Vit capsules once a day if no benefit in 6 months get hair transplants

avoid smoking and junk food
, eat healthy breakfast with eggs and dairy products ,lunch and dinner with vegetables, meat fish etc. use fresh fruits in between.

Aoa .. avoid medicines .. should divert ur mind on another activities like sports , documantry movies , social activities etc etc .. do exercise .. healthy food .. take good sleep
