*Agar koi chai coffee raat ko lete hain sone se pehle tou avoid karen,raat ko khamosh room mein lights off kar ke sone ki koshish karein.
Agar day mein so rahe hain tou plz avoid karein sleeping in day so you get tired at night and sleep.

Take tab prothiaden (25mg)at night

Bhai aap ko 20 years se yeh masla hai aap ne kabhi kisi psychiatrist ko dekhya hai? May be you have Phobia or panic disorder or you have sensitive personality shayed jab aap ghar walon se dor ho jate hoo tuu app ka masla bar jata hai.

Malom nahi k 20 years se apko apka medicine nahi mila jo apko suite kare k joo app kee ghabrahat aur insomnia ka masla hal kar sake Marham plat form se kisi psychiatrist se consult kar loo Insha Allah bhot jald thek ho jao gey. Psychotropic medicine bagher prescription k nahi leni chaye Pakistan ho ya Saudia behtr hai wahin kisi psychiatrist ko dekha doo. Main Karachi se hon.

App Please Psychiatrist say consult Karein ( Marham online video consult bhi available hay). Depression ko seriously lein. Is ka elaj karein gay to ghabrahat aur anxiety main bahut behtari aye gi. Pakistan say bahar depression ki dawa over the counter nahi milti, us kay liye app ko prescription chahiye jo app ko app ka psychiatrist /doctor day sakta hay aur phir us a proper follow up karna bahut zarori hay.

bro i will suggest u aap apna vitamin D ka test karwao as soon as possible mujhy b same masla hai 2 saal se mera vitamin D level 22 ta and yes main b saudia rehta hun 042-32591427,
