2) Din me 2 glass Milk or koi b Mosmi Fruit lazmi lijye.
3) Pani ka istmal zyada kijye.
4) Apni neend ka khas khyal rakhy.. Aksar raat ko bar bar uth k feed krwany se neend puri nhi hti, jis se esi takleef a skti hy.
