2 days back my stomach got upset, I took motilium at night and 2nd dose after 8 hours gap. on 2nd day I started having neck pain which is not getting better even on 3rd day, it is on upper back and on neck area. Took Ponstan but not getting any better. Please advise which medicine I should take or any tests recommended.

Now stomach is perfectly fine, just back and neck pain. At times pain area extends and reaches shoulders otherwise just middle of neck and back.
