Ideally you should have 7 to 8 hours deep sleep every night.
Go to bed on one fixed time every day(.like 10pm)Set a fixed sleep time.
No tea or coffee 6 hours before sleep time.
No screen time like mobile,TV or computer 2 hour before sleep.
Switch off all electronic gasgets and lights before sleep.
Read a book before sleeping.
Wake up at fixed time every morning. Set a wake up time
Don't sleep in the afternoon.
Develop a routine habit of half an hour to 45 minutes walk or moderate excercise daily.
Some sleep medicines can cause dependence and addiction.
Try Melatonin tablet 3 mg at bed time
