2 hours after getting iron injections I was feeling difficulty in breathing which was result of some allergic reaction to that iron drip. but I went sleep and when I woke up in morning I am having sever lower back pain and back of head and neck prickly pain and muscles tighten like was having pain in moving my neck left or right.
