Talk to General Physician on Numbness

6 ago I had scabies on my genitals and between legs .I use to rub all that area. now every thing is ok but there's problem there's numbness on my penis head,I don't feel any thing on it if I pour cold water on it ,there's no feeling at me what it could be? and what are the treatments..I think it has somes nerves damage due to rubbing ..
