Last job was in a lab where sometimes i did duty standing for straight 6 hours, but numbness is like very old issue, pain in feet is like a year thing i have very visible blue veins like threads appearing on thighs

I am married, no kids, married few months ago, weight is 63 kg. Constipation happen before periods also digestive issue like bloating lower abdomen is always bloated

Regular walking in soft shoes... stretch Exercises by Physiotherapist.. use soft fibre diet( to avoid constipation, use compression stockings for visible spider veins, u can use vitamin B12 supplements.. if not improved.. may need MRI L/S spine... and online consultation. Regards
