Talk to General Physician on Numbness, Vibration In Limbs

Assalam alaikum,

Hope you all will be fit and fine, since 2 months I am feeling numbness in my upper and lower limbs almost in whole body, that increased gradually. and recently diagnosed with Vit B12 deficiency which is less than 50 in my blood. I have gone through few doctors, one said have methycobal inj I/V daily for one week one of them suggested same injection on alternate day for one month and then weekly for 2 months then monthly for life. pleaee guide me properly.

the vibration and numbness is really due to b12 deficiency? If yes then how much doses I have to inject? and on which frequency.
