please send ECG to see whether what's the issue if ECG will indicate any issue we will proceed for HOLTER and if not we do behavioral changes
while this echo is normal which can be if only there is fast heart beat 2hich can be detected on ECG only
you need complete history and examination to further help you
till then take a simple medication such as risek 40 mg once daily before breakfast and then let me know if that helps or not we will proceed accordingly

for now ECG is fine if still you are symptomatic you may require complete cardiac investigations with general checkup based on your history

if a cardiologist has cleared you then you don't need to worry
this may be triggered by anxiety it self
or you have peptic ulcer disease it can aswell cause this
