My sister is married since 3 months and she feels pain lower abdomen and decreased urine frequency kindly kindly advice

This could be due to urine infection. So do urine culture and ultrasound of urinary bladder/kidneys. Ask her to take plenty of water, take Citrosoda sachet thrice daily for 2 days. Keep me posted.
