From short history of your patient pain around eyes, with history of evaluation and examination from eye specialist suggest that further history and examination notes are required to rule out differential
diagnosis, ranging from further decrease in visual acuity, decrease in eye glass number,
Other causes include headaches which further need questions, related to glaucoma, migraine or cluster headaches,
If there is history of use of contact lens it could be because of it. Sinusitis headaches are also common if there is history of nasal allergy.
My suggestion is if you have consulted ophthalmologist with thoroughly exam. Kindly send full information.
