My mother has problem of abdominal pain from several months, it comes off and on, and when she lay down, it goes away. Last night her Ultrasound was carried out, report is attached. Help doctor to explain report, BTW she is suffering from food poisoning from last Sunday and taking Novidat and Entamizol for infection
