You can take tablets APRANAX-550 one tablet morning and evening after meal. Should be examined by a physician to determine the cause.

hi
not sure how a clinician can post a reply anonymously I guess its your personal data that matters.
Arm pain can be
muscular in nature being most common in particularly being fleeting and sharp in character
can be sec to nerve trapment
rarely as you raised concerns be a manifestation of cardiac pain (usually heaviness)
can be preferred pain from shoulder
important considerations
duration of pain if going for wks then likely not cardiac if in particular on persistent basis
if associated and increase with arm shoulder movements likely MSK related
any neck pain ?
any headache associated any pins and needles numbness ?
how far pain is going along arm ?
how limiting is it in daily activities
any h/o trauma ?
any know arthritic issues like shoulder problems neck spondylitis
is there pain along neck upper back?
any shortness of breath or chest symptoms ?
any other medical risk factors smoking any respiratory cardiac underlying conditions
I wish medicine could have been so simple that one can diagnose and treat some one based on 2 lines history
I suppose you did rt to address common likely cause if you don't find any benefit and symptoms progressive best is consult some one even on line phone or video consult can be helpful .at present in uk all initial consults are remote so please talk to some one so a sensible approach can be adopted to suggest treatment .
regards
Kashif

I don't mind writing long reply mainly to educate patients and self help . I feel very sorry at time looking at state of health awareness of people around in pakistan.(I don't practice in Pakistan )i agree a lot to do is with us as clinician we are responsible for patient to adopt such behaviours. There isn't spill fix for each and every thing in medicine lot of things self cure few need urgent attention and tests .and very few need active treatments.
