Talk to General Physician on Pain In Back. HBA1C 10.7

My father age is 54 and he is a non smoker and from last 25 years he go for a brisk walk of 40 mins MashAllah. Actually diabetes run in our family He was not on any medication before MashAllah . Just 2 years back due to some stress issues and stage 1 hypertension doctor prescribed him Byscard 2.5 mg for blood pressure and Alhamdulillah his blood pressure was always 110/70 and pulse 60 to 70 Recently 5 days back we randomly checked his blood sugar which was too high 400 because he was peeing alot in night. Other than that his muscle were too soft to touch like too loose. He was feeling weakness in the body. (but His bp was always Alhamdulillah good) KUCH dino say unko lower right back pain thi. We don't know it was because of muscle or what. Pain doesn't move to other area, the intensity of pain decreases and increases some time. Usually after brisk walk. Now after 5 days of blood sugar medicine his sugar is 165 after 3 hours of eating. He says now he feels less pain in that area.
