I do hard house chores at in-laws but my diet is very poor. as I drink tea of powdered milk daily..can't eat fruits daily. I freeze Salan for 3 days as my mother in law believes that not to waste cylinder gas daily. I have sever pain in right arm as it's my duty to broom and mop the big house daily. I feel severe backache at night. kindly prescribe me useful syrups in such conditions. my in-laws are cruel and threats me daily to spend time there silently. my husband works in another district and I have no kids to stay happy daily with such in-laws who treats me like a maid , a Christian maid.

u have to do your some tests like CBC for iron deficiency and some other labs u have to go to hospital for medical check up after that u can some multivitamin or iron or calcium tablet depending upon your labs
