Mujhe 1 saal ho gya hai meri pori kmr(Upper & Lower) chest main pain rehta hai thoda sa hard work krta hon tu thk jata hon aur muscles me khichao feel hota hai, headache bhi kbhi kbhi hota hai aur neck me kafi khichao rehta hai, Blood test krwaya hai Cholestrol 200 , Triglycerides 130 Uric acid 6.2 & BP 130/70 - 140/75 rehta hai, Neurologists ko check krwata hon tu wo muscle relaxant prescribe krte hain jo waqti aram deti hai lekin chorne pe dobara se symptoms start ho jate hain. Plz suggest me any good treatment
