Talk to General Physician on Pain In Left Breast And Back

Assalamualaikum I've post this question here twice now asking again because I want to add something, I recently done with my x-ray and ultrasound and it was normal alhamdulillah. Actually Kafi arse se left breast main pain houta hai front par feel houta hai aur same back par bhi pain houta hai jo ke neeche tak radiate houta hai left side par hi. Muje ye pouchna tha k front breast main pain islie feel houta hai kyun k back par pain houta hai ya front breast mein pain houne ki wajah se back par bhe pain houta hai?? As I mentioned above ke Maine recently doctor se examine karwa lia hai aur sare test including x-ray and ultrasound bhi kara lia hai and sab normal hai tou ab reason kia hosakte hai is it due to GERD or what pls help?
