Assalam ua alaikum, Sir meri left Chest mai daily pain huti hai bht zyada teez nhi huti lkn halki halki huti rehti hai, kbhi khtam bhi hu jati....ECG tu krwae wo normal ae thi or cholestrol report bhi normal thi.Aik doctor ny Stomach ki medicine di thi wo 14 days khae but abhi bhi pain huti hai..stairs charhny sy bhi sanss phool jata....kya mjhy Echo ya koi or test krwana chshye, jis sy problem diagnose hu jaye
