I have a stomach issue for a very long period of time . Acidity and other problems . Try to avoid junk food and spicy foods also avoid bakery items . Now i feel pain in my left shoulder and arm . Also discomfort in chest . Vein pull in between thumb and finger . Sometime pain start in left hand finger . Also feel pain under the left arm . Mostly when i lay down on bed at night . Not continues pain but come and go . Sudden start and stop . Feel very uncomfortable. Have problem of cholesterol in past and may be still having it . Bp issue. Not confirmed whats going on . Need good advice .
