My 11 Yr old son is experiencing pain in his right nipple, a little swollen, he feels pain while something is touched. upon touching it feels like a bump. left nipple looks normal. Can anyone help what is this ?? whom should I consult ??

most probably he has bacterial nipple infection which is causing the pain and swelling. please visit a doctor in person so they can examine and give him antibiotics if needed. until you see the doctor, please use warm clean compresses. that will relieve the tenderness somewhat, in sha Allah.
