Hi! The patient is having pain in the right side of her abdomen. I have attached her report too. She had a laparotomy almost 6 months ago for left ovarian cyst. Kindly need guidance for further treatment.

Have posted the CBC and ultrasound too. Patient is feeling some nausea, bloating and upset stomach after taking painkiller spadix 80mg but pain subsides.
And yes pain radiates and is not constant. It radiates to right thigh and lower back. It also pains if we press that area.

if pain not subside wd spadix then infuse inj.toradol and inj.onset in 100ml normal saline
Till ultrasound not done she can use cap.dextop 60mg od and tab.spadix tds and tab.motillium tds
