Asslam Alaikum Dr sb !!!
I need advice.
Mujhe hr waqt body mein dehydration feel hoti like mouth or throat dry rehta ...hathon or paon pe jalan (burning) rehti. Vomiting situation rehti or backpain (qamar dard) hoti rehti.
