Dear Orthopedics, I have much pain in my left hand joint. while moving the left thumb i feel pain. i can not push and pull any heavy item with my hand. but, there is no pain whlie moving my whole hand. There is no any sign of swelling. please check the attached Xray and suggest medicine or i should visit physiotherapists? Thanks
