U should use vit D but under supervision of a G P cuz there are other things to manage,u may take appoin...or online appoin...
Thanks for sharing ur concern. Any specific time of pain ? Does it go from hip area to ur knees? location of pain front , sides or back ? Do u sit for long periods of time ? Any associated lower back pain as well ?
